When you say the truth...
Say your truth kindly, but fully and completely.
Live your truth gently, but totally and consistently.
Change your truth easily and quickly when your experience,
brings you new clarity.
Seek only to be genuine.
Strive to be sincere.
If you wish to undo all the 'damage' you have done, demonstrate that in your actions.
Do what you can do. Then let it rest.
Cause guilt is a blight upon the land,
the poison that kills the plant.
